The images are diagnostic, but I wish there was also a report.

The image was totally convincing to me.

While you’d like to see some form of description with a set of photographs, these pictures are diagnostic.

I’m voting to accept again though stick with my comments regarding a written report.

I am staying with my first vote for the sanme reasons. Chuck mentions a possible Grace's. Although it hard to see if there is yellow above the eye, a white neck spot can be seen. The Grace's does have a neck spot.

No written report, but photo diagnostic.

There are some features of this individual that do not look like the field guide illustrations, such as the yellow of the throat not extending as far down the breast, but, overall, it appears to be a Yellow-throated. The supercilium looks distinctly white, which would eliminate Grace's.

The pictures clearly show a Yellow-throated Warbler and I'm comfortable based on that. THAT SAID, this record is part of a recurring issue - photos w/o written reports. To be consistent, I believe that before such records go to vote, we ask observers to provide an accompanying report - even if it is written years later.

Although there is no written description (my fault as I found the bird). The photograph is diagnostic.

A report would be nice, my fault since I found the bird. The photographs do rule out Grace's Warbler in my opinion.

I need some description. The pictures are fairly convincing, but I'm not sure I could tell whether it was a Grace's Warbler from them. There doesn't seem to be any yellow above the eye, but I can't be sure.

I'm switching my vote, as the pictures seem quite convincing.
