LOCALITY OF OBSERVATION: On Gardner Rd 2.2 miles west of intersection with Truckerville Rd. Area named Michaud Flats in Power County, Idaho
HABITAT: wheat field
CONDITIONS: Observed about 20 minutes. Weather was sunny, about 40 degrees, mild wind. Optics: Leica binoculars and scope, at 60 power could see owl's eyes
