I’m not rejecting this record because of identification, this appears to be a Rust Blackbird.  But there is no report and no date for the photo.  I feel the date of the record should be required for acceptance.  Perhaps we could solicit a report and/or date from the photographer?

Based on those photos alone (I can't see eye color and can barely make out the color of the bird) I'm voting to reject.

The new photograph is better, although eye color would be nice. The inclusion of the date is also good. I wish there would have been a written description, I saw the bird so I guess I'm just as guilty as anyone for not submitting a report.

I also saw this bird and studied it through my own spotting scope. I am convinced it was a Rusty Blackbird.

Although the three images are not great, they do show enough of the bird to enable us to be absolutely certain this was indeed a Rusty Blackbird.

The photos are of poor quality though what features are discernible is compatible with RUBL. But 2 of the 3 photos are undated, it is unknown if they are of the same individual, there is no written description.
