The description seemed anemic to me, but the images were very convincing. One behavior or characteristic of the bird that I thought should've been observed but was not mentioned in the report, is that a Palm Warbler bobs its tail incessantly.

The photos, while not great, show a hint of wingbar that would not be seen in an Orange-crowned. The bill looked more like an OCWA, but I think that might be a result of low resolution or angle of photo.
