LOCALITY OF OBSERVATION: 1/2 mile west of Hwy 51 on Cattle Drive Road, South of Bruneau, Idaho
HABITAT: Riparian.
CONDITIONS: 20-30 Seconds. Slightly overcast, calm. 40 degrees ± Nikon Monarch 10 X binoculars at 35 - 40 feet. Sunlight was coming from the left and illuminated the plumage completely

BEHAVIOR: It flew in and took a look at me, and flew off into deeper cover.

HOW AND WHEN DID YOU POSITIVELY IDENTIFY THE BIRD, AND WHAT CLINCHED THE IDENTIFICATION FOR YOU? I have seen Northern Mockingbirds on MANY occasions over the years and have seen them near this location on several previous outings.
