"Chebek" call heard by observer familiar with the different Empidonax calls

I am staying with my vote for the same reasons I voted to accept on round 1.

Sturts -- Accept

I'm staying with my first two accept votes for the same reason - call is diagnostic.

would have been nice to see more details on the '2-part' song (i.e. an emphatic che-bek' ...) but sufficient.

Carlisle -- Accept

Still feel that a better voice description is needed (can we ask for that?) but that Lisa heard a Least.

The more particular song description is helpful

No visual obtained, and one observer. while possibly a LEFL, I'm not convinced by the data presented.

chuck trost -- Reject, specific identification not established

I still need more of a description, perhaps just of the call heard, to be convinced.

I'm switching my vote after reading a description of the "song."

Cliff Weisse -- Accept

Althought the description is lacking details of the song the observer is experienced with Least Flycatcher and the species was previously recorded at the location.

Cliff Weisse -- Reject, specific identification not established

After reading the first round comments I agree with Dave, there is no description of the bird and very limited detail of the song. Although I believe that Lisa heard a Least Flycatcher I think we need to see more detail of the song.

Cliff Weisse -- Accept

I have always felt that Lisa's identification was correct. My hesitation was due to a lack of documentation rather than any doubt about Lisa's ID of the birds. The addition of a description of the song is enough to sway my vote back to accept.

Charles Swift -- Accept

Voice description adequate - I guess even if the bird was not seen!

Thanks to Lisa for the additional information.

Dave Trochlell -- Reject, specific identification not established

Unfortunately, as in 30-B-06, Lisa does not describe the bird in any way, and that gives me nothing on which to make my judgement. My absolute minimum here is that I require some description of the LEFL's song. This is too bad, because I'm confident that Lisa saw or heard this species.

Dave Trochlell -- Reject, specific identification not established

As stated earlier, I can't accept this candidate because of the lack of an adequate description.

Dave Trochlell -- Accept

With the addition of LEFL vocalizations in Lisa's addendum, I'm ready to accept 29-B-06 and 30-B-06.

Hardy -- Accept

The description is admittedly deficient, but this is my record and I have no doubt that what I heard was a LEFL.
