I was concerned about a hybrid HEWA X TOWA, but the lack of streaks on the flank, whitish breast and belly, and the plain yellow face were enough to convince me.

My first concern was a hybrid bird, but Heidi noted the lack of streaking and lack of yellow on the sides, which seems to eliminate the possibility of a hybrid.
