Careful observation and description. The first and second photos were convincing - facial skin and eye color appear to be that of a GLIB in alternate plumage.

Photo number one, along with the description of the iris as dark are sufficient to confirm the ID of Glossy Ibis. Since the observer is not certain there were two birds present I vote to accept the record of one, not two, Glossy Ibis.
