I feel these were likely Eurasian Collared-Dove. However, I am changing my vote to reject because the Ringed Turtle-dove was not eliminated.

Chuck Trost -- Reject, specific identification not established

While it was probably this species, the Ringed-turtle Dove was not considered or eliminated.

At the risk of being inconsistent, I agree that there was not sufficient info to reject turtle dove.

Cliff Weisse -- Reject, specific identification not established

I think this was probably a Eurasian Collared-Dove but field marks necessary to eliminate the very similar Ringed Turtle-Dove are not included in the description.

I believe that Kit saw a Eurasian Collared-Dove, but unfortunately her account does not adequately differentiate this record candidate from Ringed Turtle-Dove. Specifically, her description lacks a description of the dove's call, primaries, and undertail coverts.

The report lacks a description of the dove's call, primaries, and undertail coverts, features necessary to differentiate EUCDs from similar African Collared-Doves.

Another tough one; very likely ECDO but critical fieldmarks not noted.

Charles Swift -- Accept

Some of these accounts do not completely eliminate Ringed Turtle-Dove as possibilities but obviously E. Collared-Dove is the likely suspect and widely reported in southeastern Idaho in this time frame.

I'll go along with others but still feel this is very likely a EUCD, probably among the vanguard in e. Idaho and now well documented as being established in the area.
