Although this is a one person observation report, it was first reported at this same location on December 8, 2003 and put out on the rare bird alert. Several birders saw the bird and on April 1, 2004 this same species and possibly the same bird was seen near Cataldo by Lisa Hardy. There are N.A.winter records for coastal WA,OR,CA and interior OR.
