010-26-2007. Sturts -- Accept This detailed description eliminated all similar thrashers
10/30/07. Cliff Weisse -- Accept Field marks included in written report, including distinctive call, are sufficient to confirm the identification of Curve-billed Thrasher.
11-04-2007. Carlisle -- Accept Thorough description; call note helpful.
4 November 2007. Hardy -- Accept Good description of diagnostic fieldmarks including rounded, low-contrast spots on breast.
11-10-2007. Dave Trochlell -- Accept The detailed description offered here points us toward an immature CBTH and adequately competes the candidate against the very similar Bendire's Thrasher. Most convincing of all was a description of the bird's "whit-wheet" call, which is diagnostic for CBTH.
11-11-2007. chuck trost -- Accept Carefully observed and described.
02/11/2008. Darren Clark -- Accept Though this bird breeds far to the south, there are records from Montana (I believe) and other mid-west states. Harry seems to describe this bird accurately and eliminates other species. It would have been nice to see the sketches.
