| 06-12-2007. Shirley Sturts -- Accept Description and pictures are diagnostic. |
08-03-2007. Sturts -- Reject, natural occurrence questionable To be consistant with my other votes of geese from Ann Morrison Park, I'm voting to reject for the same reasons. |
| 6/13/07. Cliff Weisse -- Accept Photos are not very good but head and bill structure, dark coloration, and small size are still apparent. I agree with the subspecies ID as well, minima. |
8/4/07. Cliff Weisse -- Accept The photos included are less than ideal but head/bill structure, as well as size and overall coloration, are apparent and sufficient to confirm the identification of "minima" Cackling Goose. |
| 06-16-2007. Dave Trochlell -- Accept I have no doubts about this vote, thanks to Jay's good documentation. |
08-08-2007. Dave Trochlell -- Accept As before, I have no reservations about this record. |
| 25 June 2007. Darren Clark -- Accept The photographs are diagnostic. |
5 Aug 2007. Darren Clark -- Accept Still sounds good. |
| 1 July 2007. Hardy -- Reject, natural occurrence questionable I think that this is a minima - it is one-half the apparent mass of the Canadas, and has a pronounced steep forehead. But it certainly looks tame...could be an escapee. |
9 August 2007. Hardy -- Reject, specific identification not established The bird in the photo is clearly smaller and darker than the nearby CANG, but the report and photo do not establish that this is a CACG and not one of the smaller subspecies of CANG. |
| 07-02-2007. chuck trost -- Accept Good description, fuzzy but adequate pics. |
08-07-2007. chuck trost -- Accept The fuzzy pics leave little doubt, and the description is quite thorough. |
| 7/7/06. Charles Swift -- Accept Sufficient description and recognizable photos. |
8/23/07. Charles Swift -- Accept See round 1 comment. |
