The last (bottom) photo looks like a typical minima Cackling Goose.  It’s small, has a short deep-based bill, very dark breast, and wing coverts with silvery wash and wide sharply contrasting terminal edges.  The goose in the first two photos looks very different and I’m not sure it’s the same individual as the obvious B. h. minima in the last photo.

Although the underpart coloration is difficult to determine the small size of the bird and the small, triangular bill seem to indicate Cackling Goose.

Size, shape of bill and head are convincing.

The bird's size and structure seem correct for Cackling Goose, though I don't know which subspecies it would be.

Excellent pictures, good description.

This bird is small enough to be a minima, though it looks a bit washed out, perhaps a photographic effect.
