Although less than ideal, the images convinced me that the bird was a BRTH.

Good description and very good (if fuzzy) pictures convinced me.

This report was a little confusing - the report describes "breast-spots" which suggests a thrush. But the photos show a little bit of underside streaking compatible with a thrasher. The other points I was able to make out from the photos were the very long tail, the rufous brown color of the upperparts, a stout bill, and two white wingbars. These are all compatible with BRTH; the only other possible candidate I can see is LBTH. The rufous color appears too bright for LBTH, and while the bill is not clearly visible in any of the photos, fragmentary views suggest it is too straight for a LBTH. The eye, while described as yellow, looked dark in the photos, but I assume this is a photographic effect.
