I would have liked to see some description of the flight style, but the fieldmarks seem adequate to identify as a BWHA. I am confused as to why the observer would bring up a dark phase RTHA as a similar species, perhaps they meant a light phase? RSHA was not discussed - a possibility because of the orange barring on the chest, but the mostly white underwing would eliminate RSHA, I think.
