| 4/12/08. Cliff Weisse -- Accept The description is somewhat brief considering that this was a captured bird but the suite of field marks included is sufficient to support the identification of Black-throated Blue Warbler. |

| 20 April 2008. Hardy -- Accept This is a sparse description of a bird in hand, but the blue wash on the tail feathers plus the "buffy" wing patch eliminate other potential candidates. |
