Cliff Weisse -- Reject, specific identification not established
I read the first round voting comments but haven't changed my opinion regarding this report. I feel the description at least suggest the possibility that the bird was a Mallard.

Carlisle -- Reject, natural occurrence questionable
I remain unconvinced about natural occurrence. Also, as pointed out by another committee member, details were a little thin in the report - enough to raise doubt about if this was a 'full' Black Duck.

Chuck trost -- Reject, specific identification not established
I'll stick with my first thoughts - not that well described, too tame, and lots of chance for hybrids in town.

Dave Trochlell -- Reject, specific identification not established
I remain steadfast in thinking that this candidate was actually some form of dark Mallard-type duck.

Shirley Sturts -- Reject, natural occurrence questionable
The comments from the first round of voting convinced me that both the identification and the natural occurrence were questionable.
